Thanks for the response. However I am yet to start my new job.. Still have a goo 50+ days to go before I Join :) I am looking to gather some information before I start the actual work and don’t have a customer ID at the moment. 

However I have gone ahead and registered without a service account but the site says there might be a delay.

P.S Not even sure what the primary product used would be. Based on the Job description, I have selected XA
