As Rad mentioned, the XA user group is a great place to look at documents. There is an XA - enterprise integrator user group as well (http://www.xaeigroup.com/) which contains a lot of information , for some reason I am unable to access that currently.  Cistech is another vendor who used to provide a lot of training, I haven't seen any recent trainings from them but they have many training documents posted here  http://www.cistech.net/Education/Education-Documentation.aspx

Another resource to consider is the Infor XA User Group.  You can find us at inforcommunities.com.  This group was formed about 2-1/2 years ago and has successfully conducted two national user conferences (Rochester MN and Atlanta GA).  We also offer a series of webinars and discussion threads for our members.  When you register at the site, select Infor XA as your community and get a head start on your learning.

There is an INFOR Employees - Past and Present group on the Linkedin.com site.  There you can network with people and possibly get more of the information you are looking for.  The XA product consists of several modules - Customer Order Management (COM), Inventory Management (IM), and many more.  Companies can purchase as many modules as they need as they all interact with one another as they are activated.

Thanks for the response. However I am yet to start my new job.. Still have a goo 50+ days to go before I Join :) I am looking to gather some information before I start the actual work and don’t have a customer ID at the moment.

However I have gone ahead and registered without a service account but the site says there might be a delay.
