Inventory Transaction History monitor.

Hi Group
We just moved to 9.2 from 9.1.2
And now we would like get have an Inventory Transaction History Monitor , so
that when there is a huge amount of scrap in a work center and a certain item class.
Then the system will send out a  notification email to the team.

My question is: is there something like that built into XA 9.2 that I am not aware of.
Or would we have to code this?

Any advice is most welcome.
