Integrator question

Hello:
We are in process of upgrading Mapics XA from an older version to 9.0.  We had Integrator in place and used it for several enhancements including PO maintenance with nested if logic.  Infor will not provide source code for the modified PO logic in the newer version and we are being told that we are not able to complete the modification without Enterprise Intergrator at a hefty price.  The enhancement requires logic such as the project number being valid, values of fields that are dependent upon logic.......   We can see that we could use code files if there are no more than 50 values but does not look like we can accomodate the if logic requirements or requirement for a valid value when there is more than 50 potential valid values.
Has any one else run into this and do you have a potential solution?  We don't want to purchase Enterprise Intergrator or Transaction Broker. Thanks muchHappy HolidayRegards,Laura
