F9 Server refresh

Does anyone have a PowerShell script that they have developed to run the F9 refresh on-demand on the server without having to manually log-on to it?  We have been using F9 for a while and our accounting department has to remotely sign-on to the server that F9 is install on in order to run the refresh command. I know that there is a way to run the command remotely, but I don't have the expertise for this so I figured someone else might have already figured it out and would be willing to share?
