1. From inside the environment, command CAS will take you to the Cross Application Support Master Menu or Option 8 from the main XA menu.
2. Option 3 - Maintenance/Change
3. Option 7 - Personal Menu Maintenance

Where to check that personal Personal Menu Maintenance in CAS, i mean how to navigate this?

 I found it in the program (RPGLE) CIPICKSH -'pick ticket shortages creation'  but could not find through which menu option it's triggered to update this file.
I also searched for it in user
