Access to Information

If your desire is to write your own application requester driver (ARD) on
i5/OS then you should find the necessary information in the V5R3
Information Center following Programming/APIs/APIs by category/Database and
File/SQL Client Integration.

If your desire is to use the existing i5/OS DRDA support and build your own
DRDA server on another platform then you should find that the necessary
information is available through the Open Group.

To answer your specific question concerning an IBM contact, the following
is found under Notices in most manuals and in the Information Center:

 Licensees of this program who wish to have information about it for the
purpose of enabling: (i) the exchange of information between independently
created programs and other programs (including this one) and (ii) the
mutual use of the information which has been exchanged, should contact:

 In this case consider 'this program' to be i5/OS (and if you do send a
