FTP Help required urgently

We currently have 2 AS400's, one being our testing box and the other
being our live box.

We have recently lost the instructions on how to FTP source from one box
to the other.

=20

We have got as far as creating the save file but we are stuck from then
onwards.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
