Rob, Love to see what you find. However, what are they trying to hack, the iSeries system or the IFS files/directories? From what I've seen the former is often open due to the pervasive lack of good security procedures and use of the iSeries security features. The latter can suffer the same fate as any PC and can depend on what security policies are in place, what anti-virus programs are used, etc. Dave Odom Arizona >>> [email protected] 12/15/2004 06:38:02 >>> We have contracted with IBM to do some benevolent hacking of our enterprise. As part of that service they send us alerts about some security ptf's that we should order. I am in the process of contacting them to see if it is ok to forward those on. (It is a pay service.)
