Try to start up on Manual Mode.... in that way you could reset QSECOFR's
password..... you need to get DST to do that..... and the only way to do
that is to power up your system with manual mode.

You may need to do a "Low level disk initialization", but I never did it
before.  I know IBM can recover the qsecofr, but I think they loose
everything in the disk, and probably will be expensive.
