  If you do a manual install of the LIC (i.e. slip install) you will get 
the use the default QSECOFR QSECOFR userid/password as you suspect since 
you are coming from the CD.  Once in DST you can then force the override 
of the QSECOFR OS/400 profile and you're in.  Bascially just do a "D" 
mode "M"anual IPL from the CD. When the menu comes up tell it you want 
to install licensed internal code but not 'crush the system' just 
install. That screen has VERY good help behind it to make sure you are 
doing the right thing. I believe it's option 1 but I've slept since then!
