That is really the way it should be, no ? We got question on that YEARS ago
at my previous employer by auditors. Way before SOX :-)

Up to this point, programmers and support center personnel have had
unlimited access to Robot. It has now come on the radar of the auditors,
and has to be controlled... When changed, only two of us will have
authority to Robot on any production machine. That means we get the
privilege of installing new jobs, and tweaking the existing jobs.
Whoopee!!
