A good quick way (at least for 5250 sessions) is to look at the system log
(DSPLOG) for the periods you are interested in. It will show the user
sessions begin and end in a fairly easy to see manner.

The above method is a quick and dirty way... if you are only seeing login
failures in your audit journal, you may need to turn on more auditing
options to capture all the logins/logouts (system values QAUDLVL and
QAUDLVL2). I think there are fields within the audit journal these days
that you should be able to get the IP from once you have the proper QAUDLVL
options turned on.

We have an issue were we to see who was connected to the system at a
certain
time range. I've looked through the auditing features but most of them seem
to log things such as login failures vs. being able to tell me who was on,
when, for how long, from what IP, etc. How can I get this data?

Thanks, Kit
