Permission Reporting

I'm curious what solutions everyone is using for Security reporting,
specifically reporting on the permission lists for members in a specific
library.  Something simple like:

Library:  Library_Name                Owner: Owner_Value

Object1	Permission_List_Entry_1		*ALL
		Permission_List_Entry_2		*USE
		Permission_List_Entry_3		*EXCLUDE

Object2	Permission_List_Entry_1		*CHG
		Permission_List_Entry_2		*ALL
		Permission_List_Entry_3		*ALL

.
.
.
=========================================================

I'm fairly new to this platform (coming over from mainframe) and am not
sure what reporting options (custom or 3-rd party) could satisfy this
need.
