   Not an NNTP cross-posting I guess :-)  I will post again here for 
reference by others.  Apparently a required authority is missing from 
the file; i.e. resolution should be effected by:
   GRTOBJAUT QUSRSYS/QAUGDBLL *FILE QAUTPROF *ALL
