We use DIRXML (Nsure Identity Manager) to Sync AD to eDirectory. But it can do much more than just that. When our installer was doing this, he setup two way sync when we only wanted one way. He got to a point where he wanted to start from scratch and set it up again. When he deleted our entire eDirectory tree, the entire AD tree went away as well.
