How do I retrieve the list of VPN connections?

In the System i Navigator Packet Rules Editor, when I insert a Filter rule
and define the Action as IPSEC, a dropdown box appears for the Connection
group with the list of the available VPN connections defined on the system.

How can I retrieve this list?
