Status of Net.Data

Hi,
 
Can anybody speak to the current status of IBM's net.data ?  Looks like the last PDF for it was in 2017.
 
I assume the number of places actively developing web applications using this architecture is extremely small in number and finding developers would be challenging to say the least.
