It's not necessarily true these days, there are various mitigations for that in Angular, such as Angular Universal. However, I've never been convinced it's much of a problem anyway, SPAs are, as the name suggests, web applications and not web sites so they usually have no need to be indexed, even if they are supposed to be publica facing.
