Re: HTTP server beginners questions

I've not ever used   QIBM_CGI_LIBRARY_LIST in many years and CGI
programming (over 20 now).  The library the CGI program doesn't need to be
in the library list.  It's treated as such.

I've always manipulated the library list for data, things outside the CGI
library, etc. programmatically (I have some pushLib and popLib functions to
do that).

This way environment is set by CGI library and control records, not the
apache server.
