IBM support now tells me that IBMi is functioning properly, but neither
Chrome nor FF supports IBM's KerberosOrBasic.  IBM says I'll have to
duplicate my entire httpd.conf, one set of directives with Kerberos and an
identical set with Basic.

Bummer...  :(
