Thanks Jon, I hope I've got this right, I'm now using ScriptAliasMatch instead of ScriptAlias: ScriptAliasMatch ^/myAppName/(.*) /qsys.lib/my.lib/MyCGI.pgm In MyCGI, I'm using QtmhGetEnv to get the http methode, URL and parameters.
