Thanks for the plug!  The book is still a little worthwhile, except for the
HTTP config stuff which was back when it was the CERN based HTTP server,
not Apache.  :)

I also didn't cover parsing URLs as that wasn't a thing then for web
services (I still think it's a little cumbersome, and prefer good old
fashioned name/value pairs, but oh well!  ).

I have done a few projects where I had to parse the URI.  If they get very
verbose it can get a little cumbersome, though.  But, with all the new
%bifs in RPG string parsing is getting quite simple!  I no longer need my
big STRINGS service program to do most of it.  :)
