This may be a tangential comment. But we sometimes have tens of thousands
of CGI server Jobs running in 60+ HTTP subsystems. We run IBM i HTTP server
environments for multiple political subdivisions on a single IBM i
partition. If you have performance concerns, I've probably had experience
addressing them.
