Yea. You could say that Angular is running fine on IBM i. The IBM Navigator, IBM Digital Certificate Management, and IBM Db2 Mirror GUI interfaces are all built leveraging Angular. Angular, that code actually runs in the browser, the back end Wed server that it communicates with, that runs on the IBM i. There are 2 options for the back end, Node.js and Java. Both work on IBM i. The IBM i Open Source page, and links to the many options for IBM i - https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/open-source-support-ibm-i Thanks Tim [Logo Description automatically generated]Tim Rowe - timmr-r/[email protected]<mailto:timmr-r/[email protected]> IBM i Business Architect – Application Development & Systems Management IBM i ISV Council IBM i Development Lab, Rochester MN 507-250-1293 ACS - http://ibm.biz/IBMi_ACS Navigator - http://ibm.biz/IBMi_Nav4i From: WEB400 <[email protected]> on behalf of [email protected] <[email protected]> Date: Monday, October 3, 2022 at 4:07 AM To: 'Web Enabling the IBM i (AS/400 and iSeries)' <[email protected]> Subject: [EXTERNAL] [WEB400] Angular on the IBM i Has anyone gotten Angular to run on the IBM i? Can you point me to some good documentation on how to configure everything? I am making a wild guess that it would run in PASE and I am very weak in that area so detailed docs would be required.
