I am trying to copy an object from /www/myserver/htdocs to a PF in my
application library.  I'm using a CLLE program that is set to owner
security.  The owner profile has *ALL object.  When the CLLE runs, it
always fails on the CPFA09C.  It points to the object being copied from
which is owned by the owner of the CLLE program.  It is running under the
QTMHHTTP profile in the CGI environment and that profile has *RWX access to
the IFS object and all directories in the path.
