I've already got 4 or so books out there (eRPG!). A couple of them deal with CGIDEV2. I'm not pushing them as I make nothing on them... just letting folks know it's still out there. They may be a little out of date (for example, the first eRPG book uses the CERN web server as the apache wasn't out yet) but everything else is still the same (the APIs, etc). I've also published a bunch of stuff at fieldexit.com for web programming.
