Hey Tim,

As a follow up, I applied the latest HTTP Group PTF for V7R5M0 which was 
Level 10.  I still get the same error.  The file contents do save, but 
the admin page displays a "Connection reset" error.  I check the job 
logs on the ADMIN instances and there aren't any errors reported there.

Can't see anything useful in the Chrome developer console either.  Any 
suggestions at what else I should take a look at?
