Getting error

I have a web application (php) that retrieves records frpo a file on Power
System running IBM i

It runs fine on our older machine (V5R4), I am moving it to a newer machine
(newer not newest) running 7.1

 

When I run this on the 7.1 box:

$ToolkitServiceObject = ToolkitService::getInstance($database, $User,
$Password, $extension);

$database = *LOCAL

$User = JALLEN

$Pswrd = xxxxxx

$Extension = ibm_db2

 

I get the following error:

 

" Extension ibm_db2 not loaded."

 

Note: I have other web applications (php) for testing and they work (but
they do not access the 7.1 box. 

 

Can anyone point me in a direction to find/fix this error

 

These lic programs are installed

5770DE1    *BASE   IBM DB2 Extenders Version 9.5 for i    

5770DE1    1          DB2 Text Extender                      

5770DE1    2          DB2 XML Extender                       

5770DE1    3          Text Search Engine
