Improve performance of IWS web UI?

Folks:

Does anyone know if the performance of the IWS web UI can be improved?

Right now it's painfully slow, which makes creating, deploying, and
managing services very difficult. I'm talking about minutes between
clicking a button and the web page updating.

Add the lack of any busy indication (request submitted about that to IBM:
https://ibm-power-systems.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/IBMI-I-4550), it's even more
difficult.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
