20010306 FTP snapshots; dusted web pages

Folks, I've just ...

* checked in all my stuff, including more post-ARK1 tidying
  up

* cut current snapshots for ftp://ark.sourceforge.net/pub/ark
  (ark-20010306-<team>.tar.gz)

* put up the partially-"dusted" web pages at
  http://ark.sourceforge.net/ (which are checked in, BTW)

I need to put more work into the web pages, notably
http://ark.sourceforge.net/ark-conflang.html; I may not get
too much time this week, so I decided to get it out there.

Any guidance about "what needs clarifying next" would be
welcome.
