python 2.0 not enough (PyXML still needed)

I've previously given out mis-information that Python 2.0
alone was enough for ARK to run.  Not so; you appear to
still need PyXML.  (Yes, the PyXML world is confusing...)

Let's do keep nudging towards "Python and nothing else",
though.  Meanwhile, take comfort that ARK works w/ Python
(with PyXML) all the way back to 1.5.x ...
