weekly update just done 2001.05.21

I just checked what I have into SourceForge; the great
majority of the changes are non-earth-shattering
documentation changes.  Chalk 'em down to "web page dusting
in progress..."

I added an 'ls' method to sidai/package/ALL; so you can do
things like

   ark-invasive `ark package ls --silent sidai:ark-diffing-deploy 2> /dev/null`
