updates 2001.08.03

Folks, I again just checked in whatever's-lying-around, of
no gigantic consequence.  I am still working through the "no
/our/lib or /our/include" issues, and the current state of
the CVS stuff should have no fear for bleeding-edgers.

I've done a batch of "presentation" (on a web page) stuff
using webware (http://webware.sf.net/); I will try to get
that up in demonstrable form sometime soon.
