FYI: ARK stuff for HP-UX

[I'm copying this msg to ark-dev (bugs or development) as
well as sending to ark-users (use of current ARK), because
ark-dev is the traditional ARK hangout.  I hope we can start
easing towards right-list-for-right-msg, but... it's not a
big deal.]

We've had some HP-like people join the lists lately, so I
ought to mention that I have a fair bit of stuff for an
HP-ish site (HP-UX 10.20 and 11).  I am not at liberty to
distribute the bits in toto, but I am happy to answer
questions of the form "How did you do GCC 3 for HP-UX?" :-)

(Note: this is a case of using the ARK "team" thing to keep
public and private code separate.)
