Checked a few bits and bobs in; nothing that should cause any problems,
apart from the changes to sidai/net-config/ifcfg-eth0.tmpl which uses
"netmask" and "network" fields from the host XML instead of a single field
"subnet" (the previous code used this single field for both, which is
incorrect). I also added a "broadcast" field.
