Re: Meta-things

The idea about supporting preferring <thing>.xml over <thing>.py does seem
to be an obvious win.

And I remember (but don't see at the moment) a message about cfengine - I'm
interested in seeing how well this works out.  I've tried to use cfengine
many times over the past many years, and each time I've discovered cfengine
solves problems I don't have and doesn't solve the problems I do have.

And now I'm wondering why I'm even writing this note...
