last call for setting group with newgrp...

Folks, you will recall that there have been a few messages
here discussing how to get the right user-and-group on a
remote host when an ARK method requires that...

As it stands (and glossing over the details...), we do
something like

   ssh remote sudo [-u nonroot] /bin/sh

if we need to be another user and

   ssh remote /usr/bin/newgrp thegroup

if we need to be another group.

But we have found this newgrp thing to be subject to the
whims of various shells.  So I propose we do the ssh thing
always, and do os.setgid('thegroup') to get to the group we
want.  Death to newgrp.
