Add mail list address to macro boilerplate?

I sometimes get bug reports on autoconf-archive macros on which I'm the
most recent (hence most prominent) name in the copyright list. This may
just be because I made some small fix or addition. There are other reasons
why the person at the top of the list may not be the best to contact.
Hence, should we add a note to the boilerplate suggesting that bug
reports/patches be sent to the mailing list?

Having said that, I bet that few autoconf-archive contributors read this
list (I certainly don't), so I guess it's a good idea to Cc the list of
contributors too (again, bearing in mind that the main, even active,
maintainer, may not have their name at the top of the list).

Is it too ambitious to suggest encoding this information into a mailto:
URL, as per http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mailto ?
