[patch #8450] ax_lib_hdf5.m4 autoconf macro fails with ccache

It's good with me.

I did a quick test:

1) Without this patch and using ccache. The macro failed.
2) With this patch and using ccache. The macro worked.
3) With this patch and not using ccache. The macro worked.

So I'm happy for the contribution!
