[patch #8624] [PATCH] Optimize boost program options detection

Follow-up Comment #2, patch #8624 (project autoconf-archive):

"right from begin" in commit message tries to tell that I check svn history
where the error class was present already in the first program options commit.
There was some changes to specialized  error classes but I choose the parent
class that has existed from the first commit.
