Details:

Currently the Makefile.am rules used with this macro are provided in the
documentation as a snippet: if the macro gets expanded / updated, the user has
to manually update their Makefile.am.

I prefer the @*_RULES@ substitution that macros like AX_CODE_COVERAGE or
AX_VALGRIND_CHECK use. So implemented those here.
