Hi,

I would like to submit a new macro that checks to see if a symbol is defined
when using a fortran compiler.

This is essentially the same as AX_CHECK_DEFINE, however that won't work with
fortran code as it's code tests is "int ok;". Which means the
AC_COMPILE_IFELSE will always fail.

If you prefer this to be done a different way, please let me know.
