Details:

This patch aims to update the AUX_EXT m4 macro to detect Altivec and VSX
instructions for newer Linux machines, The old version cannot detect those
instructions these machines.

This patch stills with the older version with a differ name on the file to
keep compatibility with older Linux versions.
