Details:

If the compiler flags include -Werror=unused, compiling the test source in
AX_CHECK_DEFINE fails with a compile error if the define exists, resulting in
AX_CHECK_DEFINE assuming the define is not set.

The attached patch fixes the problem so that AX_CHECK_DEFINE works correctly
when -Werror=unused is used.
