how can I request the reviews for my pull requests on github?

As my first post to this list, I appreciate your continuous effort to maintain the archive, many many thanks!

I apologize making you bothered, please let me ask about my PRs on github.

In the last year, I filed 2 PRs related to the detection of ancient awk.

The first revision of my PR 314 got an formatting error, and I fixed it,
but no jobs were triggered, and both PRs have no ✔ (check) mark.

Also I found other PRs by other experts, without check mark and nobody reviewed yet, like,

What blocks these PRs? What is my homework and how can I proceed to next step?
