Hello.

I want to create project with GNU Autotools in ANSI C and force use `-ansi
-pedantic -Wall -Wextra' if possible (if compiler support those flags).

How to do it?

I want to do it in `configure.ac' instread of `Makefile.am' beacuse I want to
use Emacs EDE, witch allow edit `configure.ac', but manages `Makefile.am'
automaticaly.
