Follow-up Comment #1, sr #111131 (group autoconf):
Autoconf doesn't provide any macro called "ax_jni_include_dir".
This macro definition appears to be included in the jzmq package
(jzmq/jqmq-jni/config/ax_jni_include_dir.m4) so if it is buggy, you should
report this fact to the jzmq maintainers.
It looks like they in turn originally copy+pasted this code from the
confusingly named "Autoconf Archive" project which (other than the fact that
it supplies code intended to be used together with Autoconf) is unrelated to
Autoconf.
