Hi/2.

I'm using autoconf v2.72. And I tried `autoreconf -fvi' to modify configure
scripts. However, it failed with complaining like:

autoreconf: error: copying /usr/local/share/autoconf/build-aux/install-sh to
./M9MjfkLonq: SYS0005=0x5: Access is denied

This is because OS/2 does not allow to access to an already open file.

What I found is autoreconf tried to copy to an open temporary file with a file
name in install_aux_file, chmod in make_executable and maybe update_file. As a
result, these caused an error.

How can I fix this ?
