Autoconf test failed

Greetings, whilst testing the compiled autoconf project within the msys2
ucrt64 environment, I encountered three unexpected failures: 420:
AC_SYS_LARGEFILE                - FAILED (semantics.at:908), 421:
AC_SYS_YEAR2038 - FAILED (semantics.at:917), and 422:
AC_SYS_YEAR2038_RECOMMENDED - FAILED (semantics.at:926). The
tests/testsuite.log has been attached to this email for your perusal.
